Our role as your doula is to get you up to speed on the hospital's best practices (each system is so different!), help you figure out your preferences (and why you have them!), and support your choices every step of the way.

Our goal is for you to navigate your birth decisions with educated confidence.

We want you to be in the driver’s seat and feel confident switching gears when the time comes. (Ha! See what I did there?!) Picture yourself in labor, feeling calm and confident. So, the question is, how do you get that peaceful feeling? That’s where we come in. By the time this labor starts, you’ll be clear-headed and able to make your voice heard. You deserve that.

And we’ll be there to make sure you get it.
